What data does Singual collect

The Personal Data that are collected and processed by Singual as a general rule are name, email and telephone number.

What are the channels for collecting Personal Data

Personal Data are collected when the user registers on our website to request contact, access various materials, request information about products or services or validate registration for events.

This registration is done by filling in forms with mandatory and/or optional fields. They can also be collected directly, from the Data Subject, via email, telephone and website.

What is the data retention time

Singual retains the Personal Data of the Data Subjects for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, Personal Data will be stored and maintained for a maximum period of 5 years, counting from the collection of the last consent.

Once the maximum retention period is reached, Personal Data will be irreversibly anonymized (anonymized data may be preserved) or securely destroyed.

What are the rights of the holders of Personal Data

Singual shall provide the Data Subject, free of charge, with information regarding the treatment, in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible manner, using clear and simple language. The Data Subject has the right to request Singual to erase their Personal Data, and Singual has the obligation to erase the Personal Data, without undue delay, when it is verified that:

– The Holder withdraws the consent on which the data processing is based and if there is no other legal basis for such processing;
– The Holder is opposed to the processing of Personal Data and there are no prevailing legitimate interests that justify the processing;
– Personal Data were treated unlawfully;
– Personal Data must be erased in order to fulfill a legal obligation arising from the law of the Union or of a Member State to which Singual is subject.

Right to Limitation of Treatment:

The Data Subject has the right to obtain from Singual the limitation of the processing, if he disputes the accuracy of the Personal Data.

Right to Notification:

Singual communicates to each recipient, to whom the Personal Data have been transmitted, any rectification or deletion of Personal Data or limitation of processing.

Right to Portability:

The data subject will have the right to receive the Personal Data concerning him in a structured format, commonly used and automatically read and which he has provided to Singual, as well as the right to transmit this data to another data controller without any impediment.

Right of Opposition:

The data subject has the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him. Singual ceases the processing of Personal Data, unless it presents compelling and legitimate reasons for such processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject, or for the purposes of declaration, exercise or defense of a right in a legal proceeding

Automated Individual Decisions, including Profile definition:

The Data Subject has the right not to be subject to any decision taken solely on the basis of automated processing, including the definition of profiles, that produce effects in its legal sphere or that affect it significantly in a similar way.
