Integrity on the Mentoring and Coaching Profession
The commitment to promote ethical and excellence practices in the Mentoring and Coaching profession led us to adopt the ICF and EMCC codes of ethics.
As mentors and coaches certified by the ICF-International Coach Federation and the EMCC-European Mentoring & Coaching Council, we adopt a set of principles and ethical standards of behavior, which are consistently applied and ensure the integrity of the Mentoring and Coaching Profession.
The Code of Ethics is in line with the content and requirements established in the Professional Charter for Coaching and Mentoring, prepared in accordance with the European law, and registered in the corresponding database of the European Union, which lists these self-regulatory initiatives.
